These terms govern your use of premiumpeptides.ai and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not order. We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published at the time of your order.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you represent that you are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research organisation, and that you are competent to handle laboratory materials safely. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion.

All products sold by Premium Peptides are supplied strictly as chemical reference materials for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site — product pages, articles, or material published by affiliates — is a medical claim or a representation of therapeutic effect. No product has been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration for any such use.

By ordering you agree that you will not administer these products to humans or animals, will not resell or supply them for such use, and will handle, store and dispose of them in accordance with applicable law and accepted laboratory practice. You accept full responsibility for their use once delivered.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical, scientific, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate and lawful for your intended research.

Prices are shown in US dollars and are calculated by us at checkout. We take reasonable care over product descriptions, purity figures and availability, but do not warrant that all information is free of error or omission, and we may correct errors and cancel affected orders.

Payment is taken through our payment provider at the time of order. An order is accepted only once payment has settled and we have confirmed it; reaching a confirmation page does not by itself create a binding contract. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Discount and affiliate codes are issued for personal use, apply only to qualifying orders, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may void codes and related orders where a code has been obtained or used improperly.

Ground shipping is free on orders placed through this site. Two-business-day shipping is offered at checkout for an additional fee, shown before you pay.

Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one to two business days of payment settling. Delivery times quoted by us or by a carrier — including any expedited option — are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession. You are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address; we are not liable for orders lost because of an incorrect address, and re-shipment of a returned parcel may incur a further charge.

Where we ship internationally, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges, and for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported into your country. We are not liable for parcels seized or destroyed by customs.

Because these are laboratory materials, some destinations cannot be served. We may decline to ship to any address at our discretion.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@premiumpeptides.ai with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund a verified problem.

Because chain of custody and storage conditions cannot be verified once material has left our control, opened, used or unsealed products cannot be returned, and we cannot accept returns of products stored outside their stated conditions. This restriction exists for the integrity of the material and does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Unopened, undamaged products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior authorisation. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the return results from our error. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Orders may be cancelled without charge until they are dispatched. Once dispatched, the returns terms above apply.

You may not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with its operation or security, scrape or republish its content, or misrepresent your identity or eligibility to purchase. Site content, branding and product photography remain our property or that of our licensors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and this site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Peptides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or research outcomes, arising from your use of the site or of any product. Our total aggregate liability arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Premium Peptides is organised, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or an order will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
